About Bella

Bella (Beth) Garrison is the founder and director of Beth Garrison LLC.

Bella received her training and certification to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts from David Wolfe, Authority of superfoods and raw foods nutrition, Geneen Roth, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona, Sally Fallon Morrell, Founding President of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, and the Zone. 

A demonstrated natural food & health professional who develops healthy recipes and meals including food education by responding to the consumers wants, needs and lifestyle. A passionate, intuitive and motivational food & health specialist who acts as a “chef” and “educator”.  Bella utilizes her skills, knowledge, and communication to encourage healthy eating habits for individuals, groups, professionals, and families along with educating members of the community. 

Bella healed herself from IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, stress, fibromyalgia, kidney infections, kidney stones, fibroids, & Bella has lost 10 dress sizes. This was a result of Detoxing & Cleansing, mentors in her life, utilizing alternative methods, and eating whole foods. Bella is very passionate about whole foods.

Bella has been personally coached by Lynn Goldstein, MS, RD, CDN, Nutrition Educator at the Jay Monahan Center for Gastrointestinal Health.

Bella has studied the works of Brenda Watson, N.D., Diana Schwarzbein, M.D., and Steve Gagne.

Bella has taken Raw Chef classes with Raw Chef Dan owner of Quintessence and Live Live and cooking classes with Viviane Bauquet Farre of Food & Style. Bella attended The Living Foods Institute in Atlanta, GA, June 2011. Bella is looking forward to sharing her learning with her clients in many ways.

Bella has presented raw foods, cooking classes, health, detox, healing workshops and mindfulness classes at Mount Saint Mary College Desond Campus, Emma Willard School, Adams Fairacre Farms, Newburgh, NY and at various public schools, libraries, wellness fairs & support groups. 

Bella works wtih clients privately or in groups who would like to improve their lives personally or professionally, eat healthy and feel great. This includes people with lyme disease, candida, digetsive and autoimmune disorders, cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Bella is currently supporting the local school district in getting healthier snacks for children in school. Yeah!!

Bella has also been creating new desserts that are wheat, gluten and sugar free, and awesome almost raw healthy snacks.
